Women

My dad once told me, "Women will make you do crazy things!" But for some reason I did not want to believe my father. This is one of the many sayings of my dad that registered later in life. Another great saying is by George Carlin, "Women are crazy, Men are stupid. Women are crazy because men are stupid." I was sitting with my dad a couple of nights ago and my dad asked my mom, "Did you give me your paycheck stub." My mom proceded to ask three questions to my dad until the answer was revealed. I started laughing and my dad asked what I was laughing at, and I explained that he asked a simple yes-no question and she responded with three questions insead of just saying yes or no. My dad simled and said, "That's Marriage." Now I am sure women have the same situstion for men but since I have three brothers and I am a man, I only here one side. My dad and I were in a po-boy shop on lunch period and the guy behind the counter made a comment about his wife agrevating him last night. The lady making the po-boys says, "yeah but you gotta live with her." The man respnded, "Yeah I need the mortgage payment." I couldn't believe what the man said and even more surprise was that everyone was laughing at the comment. Then another man said, "Who does like their wife?" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The other night my buddy who just got married said, "my wife told me last night what is yours is mine and what is mine is mine!" He kinda just laughed after. My Uncle gets a weekly allowance from my Aunt and he jokes about it. He never sees his paycheck because he gives straight to his wife. Maybe women do make us do crazy things. Maybe men are stupid, Maybe women are crazy, but am I crazy because I one day want to be in the shoes of the those men above.

Pasadena

Pasadena, here come the tigers! LSU won yesterday to go 10-2 which puts LSU in BCS contention. LSU should move two spots with two teams losing in front of them but since they did not win thier conference they do not get an automatic bid. LSU needs Florida to win and Boise State to lose so improve their chances. LSU fans should not be disappointed with the season even though we were one bad call from SEC championship and possible National Championship. Les Miles was given a National Championship on a sliver platter, but that is why you play the game! He will be the first LSU coach to have consecutive 10 win seasons in his first two years. Sunday will not only be important for Saints but also BCS rankings. I will watch with anticipation, and if we are so luckly I will be calling my family for spots to sleep for the ROSE Bowl.

Thanksgiving

Why is Thanksgiving the best holiday of all time? Well lets start with it is a major holiday so everyone has oof from work or school, and that means friends and family you get to see that you may not normally see. Some people do not like seeing family, but if you had a family as crazy and fun as mine you would understand why I get excited about family gatherings. Second you are allowed....no expected to eat a lot all day of really good food, and everytime you go to a different house they give you more food. Third you are allowed....again expected to sleep while watching football. Fourth there is footballon tv! Fifth you have grat food for lunch for the next two weeks. Could anyone ask for more? Have a great Thanksgiving because I will.

back again

I tried it once, it tried it twice but both times i failed. So I am back and better than ever. I bought a new aplle laptop and i am too addicted. At first i didn't want to buy it but I have never owned my own computer. Now the only hurdle i have left is buying my first home which my brother and i are looking for. I am growing up too fast!
