He is no Nick Sabon
I went up to Baton Rouge this weekend to celebrate my birthday, and I was surpirsed with tickets to the LSU/Florida game. This year has been tough with up and down play of the tigers and many tigers fans have shown their disbeleif of Les Miles. On the radio, fans jump on his coaching style and say he too soft! Too soft! These are the same people who after LSU lost in 2001 to Ole Miss went on the radio and said Nick Sabon can't win the SEC and he needs to improve the defense. The constant badgering of his coaching style was getting to him and his family, but when he rose the program to unbelievable heights by winning the National Championship...He became god of LSU until he left. Before Sabon, LSU hadn't won SEC championship in 30 years and celebrated any bowl invitation. To go to the SEC championship game was only a dream season yet now fans expect to win every game. Les Miles was put into a impossible situation and to start the year 4-1 and fighting for SEC west is amazing and should be cheer and admired instead of critisized. Sabon's first year he went 3-3 and struggled to compete in SEC west and earned a Peach Bowl invitation. I know Les is playing with Sabon's players and I know he has a much of talent as USC does, but give the guy a break and lets see what his legacy will be at LSU.

he is no gerry dinardo either.
remember that!
nick sabon? If nick sabon had the record he has now with your precious dolphins instead for the LSU tigers (2-3) he would be crucified on a mighty pedstal.
Take one loss anyday in the SEC. I believe Nick Sabon never went undefeated in a season. Maybe the people of Baton Rouge need to find a better way of letting off their frustrations like building roads big enough to hold 4 cars without it being a traffic jam. Bring back Curley Hallman.
