Five Things

On the lighter side in New Orleans here are five things you will never hear again in New Orleans:

#5) I'll ride it out.

#4) The Saints will never leave.

#3) Why do I need flodd insurance? I live next to a pumping station.

#2) Bourban street smells horrible!

#1) It must suck to live on the West Bank.

The most importanmt thing I can pass on about NOPD is do not jump to conclusions. I have been around in New Orleans and pulled over twice in New ORleans and the police have never been nicer. This is a time when Police have been put to the limit 24 hours a day mentally, physically, and emotionally. This are also police that deal with public drunkeness everyday and especially on Mardi Gras.... my point is don't jump to conclusions.

nothing wrong with a little southern hospitality. they were just showing the guy a good time down on bourbon street. funny thing is the west bank isn't so bad. That is something I thought I would never say.
